Description:
A Dubai-based FX/CFD brokerage firm is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its overall operations, strategic direction, and regulatory engagement. The role reports directly to the Chairman and requires a strong background in financial markets, compliance, and regulated brokerage environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and strengthening the company’s position within a highly competitive financial services market. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in FX brokerage operations and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Lead overall business strategy, operations, and corporate direction of the brokerage
• Ensure full compliance with SCA Category 1 regulatory requirements
• Manage direct interactions with SCA/CMA regulators and oversee licensing processes in Dubai
• Oversee regulatory approvals, audits, and compliance frameworks
• Drive profitability, business expansion, and sustainable revenue growth
• Provide executive leadership across all departments and functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure strong governance and risk management practices across the organization
Requirements:
• Proven C-level leadership experience within FX/CFD brokerage environments
• Mandatory experience operating in SCA Category 1 regulated environments
• Strong background in regulatory licensing and approvals in Dubai/UAE
• Experience dealing directly with SCA and CMA regulators
• Proven track record of business growth and profitability in financial trading organizations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities
• Deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and financial regulations
