Description:
Sundus Global is hiring an Assistant Travel professional on behalf of one of its clients in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting travel coordination, booking activities, and related administrative tasks.
The selected candidate will assist with domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinate with travel service providers, maintain accurate booking records, and ensure smooth execution of travel requirements. Professionals with corporate or institutional travel experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
• Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and maintain updated booking records.
• Support visa documentation and other travel-related administrative activities.
• Handle travel modifications, cancellations, and urgent travel requests efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and assist with invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide administrative support for travel operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or a similar position.
• Experience in corporate or institutional travel booking is preferred.
• Travel or Tourism Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and deadlines effectively.
