Holford Facilities Management LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to become part of its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who have hands-on experience in financial operations and are available to join immediately.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and day-to-day accounting functions. Applicants with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with immediate availability, will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting requirements.
• Maintain accounting records using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the finance team with reporting and other accounting tasks.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and UAE accounting requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
