SenseTime is expanding its operations across the UAE and is looking for enthusiastic Guest / Sales Associate / Photographers to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about photography, customer service, sales, and innovative technology while creating memorable experiences for guests at leading entertainment destinations.
The successful candidate will interact with visitors, capture high-quality photographs, promote photography products and AI-powered imaging experiences, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Photography training will be provided where required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Capture high-quality and creative photographs using DSLR cameras.
• Promote and sell photography packages, digital images, AI-powered experiences, and souvenirs.
• Assist guests with selecting and purchasing photographs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to revenue goals.
• Operate DSLR cameras, photography systems, kiosks, and POS terminals.
• Maintain photography equipment and organized retail displays.
• Follow operational procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with team members to achieve site objectives.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience preferred in retail, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment, or photography.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confident, energetic, sales-driven, and target-oriented personality.
• Passion for photography, technology, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Experience with DSLR cameras and POS systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new photography technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Willingness to work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain based on operational requirements.
• Photography training will be provided where required.
