Al Barari is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join its hospitality team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities, a passion for guest satisfaction, and proven experience in front office operations within hotels or resorts.
The successful candidate will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards. Candidates with pre-opening experience will be highly regarded, as they can contribute effectively to operational setup, team coordination, and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily front office operations and guest services activities
• Support the Front Office Manager in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency
• Ensure guests receive a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience
• Supervise front office staff and provide guidance on service standards
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate room allocations, arrivals, departures, and special guest requests
• Monitor front office procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate guest records
• Support pre-opening activities and operational readiness initiatives when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory or front office leadership role
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional guest service and customer relationship management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
