Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Associate to join our remote team on an 18-month contract. This role supports sales operations, data management, compliance activities, and system implementation processes within an industrial engine business environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate data handling, regulatory compliance, and smooth execution of operational workflows, including SAP system support and reporting functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a structured remote setup while contributing to critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales operations functions for the industrial engine business, including data cleanup and compliance tracking
• Communicate with internal and external customers to collect EPA-required documentation and upload records to designated systems
• Identify missing or incorrect data and perform corrections to improve reporting accuracy and KPI measurement
• Assist in SAP system rollout activities including data entry support and system testing
• Support tariff invoicing, reconciliation, and tracking processes in line with regulatory requirements
• Participate in training sessions related to sales processes, compliance regulations, and order management systems
• Maintain accurate and updated records across multiple platforms and databases
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth data flow and operational consistency
• Engage in regular team meetings, mentorship sessions, and manager check-ins for performance alignment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data integrity standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in corporate, administrative, or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of data entry, data cleanup, and data management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Familiarity with Zoom or other virtual communication tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make outbound calls to external stakeholders when required
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
