Description:

A reputable organization working on Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator to support project operations. The role focuses on providing full administrative and coordination support across site activities, manpower management, transport coordination, and documentation control.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in Oil & Gas environments and be capable of handling fast-paced project requirements while ensuring smooth communication between site teams, supervisors, and clients. Previous project exposure will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative activities across Oil & Gas project sites.

• Manage manpower coordination, deployment, and attendance tracking for site staff.

• Handle transport coordination for employees and site operations as required.

• Support site administration functions including documentation, reporting, and filing.

• Maintain employee attendance records, timesheets, and related compliance documentation.

• Assist in document control, ensuring proper organization and timely updates of project files.

• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and client representatives.

• Prepare routine reports and administrative summaries for management review.

• Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams for operational efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Oil & Gas project administration.

• Strong knowledge of manpower coordination and site administration support.

• Experience in transport coordination and workforce management.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
