Description:
AI Tech Kitchen Equipment is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its growing team in Umm Al Quwain. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with solid UAE accounting experience who are eager to contribute to an organization while ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing statutory reports, handling VAT and Corporate Tax filings, and supporting audit activities. Applicants with strong analytical abilities and hands-on accounting experience in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with UAE statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits while maintaining accurate financial documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with VAT return preparation and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Experience managing accounting activities through finalization.
• Good knowledge of UAE statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
