Description:
Hiring Accountant (Senior Executive Accounts & Finance) who can join immediately (UAE Experience Must)
Working experience on Quick-books
Can manage account & finance for company with least supervision
Hands on experience in dealing with vendors, external clients, billing, preparation of PO, PR.
Can maintain financial reports for Management
Dealing with banking issues (submission of cash & cheques)
Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results to the line management
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status for company
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending of accounts & finance
Provide financial support and advice Management on developments & areas to be improved
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers (if applicable)
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process under the guidance of management
Provide input into department’s goal setting process to achieve timely targets
