Description:
FertiClinic Fertilization Centre LLC OPC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its finance team in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with at least one year of accounting experience, particularly within hospitals, clinics, medical centers, or other healthcare environments.
The selected candidate will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations. The role also involves working closely with different departments to ensure smooth financial processes and efficient reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and maintain daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Process financial transactions related to patient billing, insurance, and medical services.
• Perform bank, cash, supplier, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Maintain documentation related to VAT, Corporate Tax, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical, insurance, reception, and administrative teams for accurate financial processing.
• Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare facility is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Patient billing, insurance transactions, and healthcare revenue processes.
• UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, Microsoft Excel, and accounting ERP software.
