Description:
TAD Logistics Group is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join its growing team in JAFZA, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on experience in infrastructure support, networking, server administration, and business application management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT environment, resolving technical issues, supporting business applications, and ensuring the reliability and security of IT systems. Applicants must currently be residing in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and business applications.
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and network services.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues while maintaining proper documentation.
• Assist in supporting MS SQL Server databases and legacy VB 6.0 business applications.
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and legacy VB 6.0 business applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE.
