Job Opportunity: Head-Human Resources
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Head of Human Resources to lead
HR Department across our designated region. This role is vital in aligning HR activities. The ideal candidate will oversee mainly Performance management ( KPA/KRA), recruitment, HR operations, training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Training & Development
Design and deliver region-specific training programs, including leadership development.
Create and maintain training modules for real estate brokers in alignment with RERA regulations.
3. Learning & Development
Drive continuous learning and career progression initiatives.
Identify skill gaps and enhance employee competencies through targeted training.
4. Reward & Recognition
Establish fair and transparent reward programs that reflect organizational values.
5. HR Operations
Manage daily HR operations and ensure compliance with local laws and organizational policies.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Lead engagement activities and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 15+ years of experience
- Dubai’s real estate brokerage industry will be advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
