We are excited to announce a job opening for an experienced Guest Service Agent (Arabic Speaker) at our newly opened Lifestyle Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and ensuring a memorable stay.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic is essential, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the Dubai area and local attractions is an advantage.
