Barnes International Realty Dubai is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer specializing in real estate, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful design assets that enhance our brand presence and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Strong visual acumen for developing engaging designs across various marketing materials.
• Basic understanding of WordPress is advantageous.
• Capable of video editing and basic animation.
• Background in marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledgeable about real estate marketing principles and current trends.

Responsibilities:

Design Collateral:

• Develop visually compelling graphics for a variety of real estate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, digital ads, and social media posts.
• Create engaging and informative property presentations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Digital Media:

• Design and optimize graphics for online platforms, websites, and social media channels to promote property listings and engage with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create visually appealing content for online campaigns.

Branding:

• Maintain and uphold brand standards across all design assets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image.

Photography Enhancement:

• Edit and enhance property photos to showcase listings in the best possible light.
• Provide creative input on visual elements to improve property presentation.

Print Production:

• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
• Prepare print-ready files and oversee the printing process.

Market Trends:

• Stay informed about current design trends, especially those related to real estate and property marketing.
• Implement innovative design concepts to keep our materials fresh and appealing.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and real estate agents, to understand project requirements and objectives.
