Hiring Finance Manager for a well-reputed Clinic in Dubai.

Job Description:

• CA having 4 to 5 years’ experience (max), working in finance/Accounts department
• Controlling day to day accounts and finance activities and supervision of work of accounts:
• Finalization of Accounts in Emerge books and regrouping entries as per accounting standards:
• Control over the daily collection to ensure no leakage of revenue Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate Month-end, Quarter-end and Annual closing Management of internal and external audits Preparation of Financial statements and consolidation of accounts
• Ensure appropriate internal controls and compliance with laid down process Implementation of new IFRS as per requirement and ensure accounts are in compliance with IFRS / GAAP Implementation of internal audit recommendations
• Co-ordination with banks and relationship management
• Lead new system implementation and migration of accounts Preparation of monthly MIS and other KPI reports Preparation of Clinic level P&L and ensure accurate reporting of profitability at clinic level
• Provide necessary data / reports to various departments as per requirement Quarterly reports to Head office as per agreed formats
• Presentation of function performance and status update to Finance head on monthly basis.
• Manage, supervise and train team of 3-4 people.
