Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
• Build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and real estate investors
• Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently
• Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for lead generation and conversion
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits professionally
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value real estate transactions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and potential buyers
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with leading real estate developers in Dubai
• Proven track record of personal sales contributions reaching AED 75–100 million annually
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional appearance, well-groomed, and goal-oriented personality
• Fluency in English is required; Hindi and Arabic are an added advantage
• Strong understanding of luxury real estate market dynamics in the UAE
• Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive sales environment
