This role is ideal for individuals with at least basic real estate experience who are confident in client communication, property sales, and deal closure within a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle residential property sales with a focus on the secondary real estate market in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.
• Generate leads, conduct property viewings, and manage client negotiations.
• Utilize company-provided CRM and marketing tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and property developments in Dubai.
