The organization is currently hiring a Compensation Manager to join its Total Rewards team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that plays a key part in shaping and executing the company’s global compensation strategy. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, and Recruiting teams while ensuring competitive and data-driven compensation structures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual compensation band reviews using market benchmarking data (Radford, Pave) and provide strategic recommendations
• Own and manage the annual compensation survey submissions and analyze output data for insights
• Oversee end-to-end compensation planning cycles including merit and bonus planning processes
• Partner with Recruiting and People Business Partners to deliver competitive and consistent offer recommendations
• Act as a compensation advisor throughout the hiring and employee lifecycle
• Support global expansion by designing compliant and competitive compensation structures across regions
• Work with HRIS teams to transition compensation data from spreadsheets into Workday systems
• Improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and accessibility of compensation information
• Conduct analysis of compensation trends and translate data into actionable business insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and leadership teams
• In the first 90 days, evaluate existing compensation structures, support survey submissions, and build stakeholder relationships
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics within a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
• Experience working with compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford or Pave preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with leadership influence experience
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Experience with global compensation frameworks is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems is preferred
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
Salary Package:
• $140,000 – $190,000 USD annual base salary
