Description:
A UAE-based organization is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Estimator specializing in Interior Fit-Out projects to join its growing construction and project team. The role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical abilities, excellent technical understanding, and hands-on experience in cost estimation and tender preparation within the UAE market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents while ensuring competitive and precise pricing for interior fit-out projects including civil, joinery, and MEP works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and complete tender submissions for interior fit-out projects
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements thoroughly
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Conduct site visits for measurements, technical clarification, and project assessment
• Evaluate and estimate project costs including civil works, joinery, and MEP components
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies
• Assist in maintaining cost control and ensuring budget accuracy across projects
• Work closely with project and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and execution
• Handle multiple tender submissions within strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out estimation is required
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery works in construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is mandatory
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods and project costing
