Description:
KLM Group is looking for a qualified and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid experience in premium residential developments, including luxury villas and mansion projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning, tender preparation, and on-site execution while maintaining high engineering standards.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring that all electrical installations comply with DEWA regulations and UAE industry standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality construction projects within a collaborative and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for electrical projects.
• Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with DEWA requirements and UAE regulations.
• Supervise site execution, electrical installations, inspections, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project quality, safety standards, and timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of UAE experience working on high-end residential villas and mansion projects.
• Proven expertise in electrical tendering and site execution.
• DEWA Approved certification is required.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
• Experience with plumbing works will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical tender preparation and estimation
• DEWA regulations and UAE electrical standards
• Site execution, testing, commissioning, and project coordination
