Description:
A leading Group based in the UAE with established properties and Retail divisions is looking for a highly qualified Finance and Accounts Manager, specialized in dividends, stocks, returns etc.
Min 10 years of proven experience as a Finance & Accounts Manager in UAE.
Master /Degree in Finance is mandatory.
Prior Knowledge and Understanding of Private Equity/ Funds, Dividends, Stocks, returns and Real Estate Funds.
Technical skills – Microsoft office and software products
Knowledge of market databases – Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Shares, Stock Market
Good time-management skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Must available in UAE.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
Arrange for equity and debt financing
Recommend appropriate dividend issuance, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows
Interface on a daily basis with the Executive Director, providing business related analysis and guidance
Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis.
