Job Title: Facility Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

We seek skilled facility engineers with a strong background in facilities management (FM) to oversee the management of residential or commercial buildings in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operations of residential or commercial buildings.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, and health, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage work schedules for a team of supervisors and technicians.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors for various services.

Qualifications:

• Candidates in the UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, particularly in the UAE market, is preferred.
