Required one UAE Experienced Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling, managing & tallying petty cash
• Monitoring inventory valuation and recording in the system
• Handling day to day expenses & reports from staff, segregating expenses per project, and generate reports accordingly
• Maintaining Day to day Accounting and Banking Activities with General Accounting, Bookkeeping, pass accounting entries, Payments, Invoicing, and Journal entries
• Follow up with the receipts and payments on time & manage Aged Receivables & Payables
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered in the accounting system ZOHO BOOKS
• Payroll processing
• Maintain / MANAGE financial files and records
• Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet
• Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing
• Perform bank reconciliation statement and review
• Familiar with VAT in UAE
• Accounts Finalization
• Dealing with the bank for LC Documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
