Events Executive

Salary basic depending on experience and qualifications, plus free studio type accommodation, and transportation

Job Role:

• Act as a support function to the Events Manager and may also take the lead on smaller risk related events, depending on workload
• Coordinates all events as delegated to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Prepares and distributes the weekly event forecast identifying covers and sales by meal periods
• Ensures client files are kept organized and current with all required information
• Ensures that all information for the Daily Events Sheet is complete and accurate and distributed on a timely basis

Requirements:

• Open to CIS European, Filipino, and any Asian candidates
• Female, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2-4 years’ experience as Events POC/ Team Lead/ Executive
• Excellent communication skills
• Can join immediately
