Cost Controller required:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing F&B cost analysis and controls, inventory management, variance analysis on ingredients and other consumable items cost.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in food services and F&B cost control and menu management working in group of restaurants
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent Excel skills
