Description:
Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping & improving customer relations
Resolves client-billing problems & applying good customer service in a timely manner.4.Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.5.Identify issues attributing to account delinquency & discuss them with concern department.6.Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.7.Regular follow up visits & email correspondence to customers
Required Experience and Skills:
Having 1-2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.
Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
Having basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Reports, Strong communication, problem solving & analytical skills.
Ability to work independently & to adapt to a fast changing environment.
Creative &capable of completing critical tasks independently with urgency.
Qatar Driving License is a must.
