Hiring Client Relationship Manager

Location:  Dubai (Media City)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of client requests or projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in the same industry.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Minimum one year of UAE experience in the service industry is a must.
