Description:
Urgently looking for Business Development Representative cum Recruitment Consultant.
Who can contribute in generating leads for the company. Will be responsible for generating leads on the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our recruitment services
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to Business Development Manager when needed
Update customer information in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Nationality: Filipino, Indian, Arab
