WC Freight Dubai is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on WC Freight Dubai’s services
  • Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business development plan

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a freight forwarding or related logistics role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry in the UAE
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus)
