Hiring Branch Coordinator (Eastern European Native Speaker)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Branch Coordinator who is a native speaker of an Eastern European language to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and IT skills, with experience using MS Office applications. Experience in CRM software will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch office, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure smooth operations of the branch office
- Monitor and manage the daily activities of the sales team, including attendance, performance, and workflow
- Create and maintain various reports for different levels of management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Native speaker of an Eastern European language (preferably Polish, Ukrainian or Russian)
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in using CRM software (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
