Hiring Application Developer

3-6 years of IT experience.

Strong SQL skills (preferably PostgreSQL) (Mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business models and needs.
• Identify and model impactful user stories using built-in platform workflows.
• Design an optimal data model to host the data.
• Develop application modules using the XLLERE LC Platform (training provided).
• Test modules and validate user stories.
• Document design and functional business use cases.
• Take ownership of developed modules and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Provide support for application modules post go-live.
• Mentor and train junior developers assigned to you.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in any engineering discipline.
• 3-6 years of IT experience.
• Strong SQL skills (preferably PostgreSQL) (Mandatory).
• Front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, or any MVC Framework (Mandatory).
• Preferred experience in full stack development, AI/ML basics, and JSON data handling.
• Fast learner and team player with a can-do attitude.
• Aptitude for the latest technologies and trends.
