What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process reimbursements for parents, requiring in-depth research on qualifying items
- Resolve discrepancies related to reimbursements
- Utilize EMA software for efficient processing
- Gradually increase processing volume from approximately 30 to 100 reimbursements per day
- Assist with the automation process for accounts payable and research/coding invoices to the appropriate grants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a quiet space for remote work
- Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable or relevant experience (AP, AR, Office Manager, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to resolve reimbursement discrepancies effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AP automation processes
- Familiarity with grant coding and invoice research
- Previous experience in a fast-paced remote work environment
