Accountant – Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Support Sr. Accountant with month-end reports & journal entries
• Manage accounts payables/receivables & file/data management
• Communicate professionally with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations & anti-money laundering requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ year of real estate accounting experience
• Proficiency in Oracle Net Suite ERP & Microsoft 365
• Attention to detail & strong numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Familiarity with UAE tax policies & regulations
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
