Wanted Operations Supervisor – Dubai
Operations supervisor for oil lubricant company, manage day-to-day operations of the company
Establish professional communications with existing customers, able to convince prospects to become regular customers of the company
Identify opportunities to find/get more customers, able to make quotations for customers and discuss with the owners
Review and optimize the schedule of the staffs, manage a team of 20-25 staffs
Previous experience in a similar role in UAE is preferred, very good English is a must (written, spoken)
Energetic and self-starter, pro-active and able to work under limited guidance, outstanding organizational and leadership skills, takes pride in the work and is eager to exceed expectations
