Description:
Marc Ellis is seeking a highly innovative and transformative delivery professionals to assume responsibility for a Vice President- Retail Banking
A thought leader and subject matter expert on delivery using Agile and will constantly look to improve the delivery process whilst ensuring the business needs are met.
Lead the multiple Agile delivery squads (teams) delivering large and complex retail projects across multiple business lines.
Liaise directly with Business and Product Owners to ensure their requirements are being satisfied by and will act as a POC for escalation for any technology issues.
Accountable for compliance IT/risk/audit governance and provide input into Business cases
Regional – Local UAE/Middle-east experience (preferable) Technical – Banking IT expertise (min. 5 years)
