Travel Consultant

• Salary: Negotiable (Depending on CV)
• Employment visa
• Attending phone /email inquiries from existing customer after regular working hours
• Quickly amending existing bookings
• Quoting on reissues, revalidation, fare charges and add-ons
• Solving problems quickly
• Issuing new tickets and processing reissues manually
• Rotating 24/7 roster including weekends
• Flexing to work from home or office location

Skills and Experience

• Galileo /Sabre/ Amadeus is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English knowledge of additional language is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a travel consultant in UAE
• Very fast and highly experience with revalidation reissues and fare charges
• Excellent customer service, willingness to go extra mile to make customer happy
• Good attention to detail
• Self-ticketing experience is not essential but is preferred
