Description:

Minar Holdings is urgently hiring an Assistant HSE Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals who are committed to promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The selected candidate will assist in implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections, supporting risk assessments, and maintaining safety documentation. Applicants with UAE or GCC HSE experience, relevant certifications, and immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.

• Conduct routine site inspections to identify unsafe acts and hazardous conditions.

• Support the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and HSE documentation.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and employee inductions.

• Monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards.

• Report HSE observations, incidents, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Support emergency preparedness activities and safety awareness initiatives.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and inspection documentation.

Requirements:

• Relevant HSE qualification or Diploma/Degree.

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification will be an advantage.

• Previous UAE/GCC HSE experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of workplace safety practices and HSE procedures.

• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
