Description:

Al Sayegh Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Prequalification Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification processes while providing administrative and documentation support across multiple departments.

The successful applicant will coordinate document submissions, monitor approvals and renewals, and work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with ADNOC and other UAE client requirements. Candidates with strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting executive management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification processes.

• Prepare, compile, update, and submit all required documentation.

• Monitor registrations, approvals, renewals, and document validity.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect company, technical, HSE, financial, and personnel documents.

• Support vendor registrations and prequalification with other UAE clients and entities.

• Handle general administration, document control, and follow-up activities.

• Provide administrative support and assistance to the Executive team.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Contracting.

• Hands-on experience with ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification is mandatory.

• Familiarity with ADNOC portals and UAE Oil & Gas client requirements.

• Strong MS Office, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines accurately.

• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• ADNOC vendor registration and prequalification procedures.

• Document control and administrative coordination.
