JIC is hiring a dedicated Hygiene Officer for a new project in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and maintaining high hygiene standards within catering operations.
The successful candidate will support food safety compliance by implementing hygiene procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Candidates who are locally available in the United Arab Emirates and can join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor hygiene and food safety practices across operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, and ISO standards.
• Conduct internal inspections and support food safety audits.
• Maintain accurate hygiene records and documentation.
• Coordinate with operational teams to promote a safe and hygienic working environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of catering experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, internal audits, and ISO standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
• Candidates who are locally available and can join immediately are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
