Description:
RKA Global Auditors LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Internal Auditor to join its professional team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about auditing, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management while building a successful career in the audit profession.
The selected candidate will assist in conducting internal audits, evaluating financial processes, reviewing internal controls, and supporting compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations. Candidates based in Abu Dhabi or those willing to relocate within the UAE will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting internal audits and reviewing financial records.
• Evaluate internal controls and support risk assessment activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Prepare audit documentation, reports, and recommendations.
• Analyze financial data and support process improvement initiatives.
• Work with accounting software to review financial information and maintain audit records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with internal controls, risk assessment, and audit procedures.
• Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Part-qualified ACCA, CA, CMA, or CIA candidates are preferred.
• Preference will be given to Abu Dhabi-based candidates or those willing to relocate within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of:
