Description:

Hiring for Transition Specialist

Responsible for handling finance clients in different industries and across Finance and Accounts. Proven experience in understanding of end-to-end F&A process. In depth process knowledge in central finance reporting, management reporting and reports. (P2P, R2R, O2C)

Adheres to and implement Mobilization methods and tools

Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities

Define detailed costs and benefits of a given solution/work stream of a Service Transition program

Manage internal/external client relationship within their area of responsibility

Contributes to mobilization capabilities through method & asset development and knowledge capital harvesting

Any graduate

Experience managing End to end transitions

Must have Experience in F&A transitions – O2C / P2P / R2R

Project management experience

Should have done onsite / remote transitions

Mandatory – Comfortable with shifts and travel
