Hiring Test Manager (Build and BAU) – Locally Available Only!

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 5+ years people management experience including managing managers
• Strong IT experiences to execute QM engagement on digital and legacy platform using and Agile & water SDLC
• Experience in leading global delivery team
• Self-organizing, collaborating, reaching out to leadership and able to document as required
• Should have end to end project delivery experience including project, budget and release planning, managing risk and dependencies etc.
• Defining SLA, KPIs and other operation metrics and management reporting
• Help Transition Company to automate testing tools from manual processes.
• Identify and execute best QA practices
• Define testing and acceptance strategies and determine quality assurance benchmarks
• Create test strategy, roadmap and testing estimations
• Facilitate weekly/monthly/quarterly management reviews
• Develop QM Processes and Procedures
• Provide leadership to QA teams and co-ordination with IS and business teams
• Coordinate Bug Fixes and releases with development Teams
• Resource management, onboarding and team building activities
