Hiring Senior Asset Integrity Engineer for Abu Dhabi location!

Qualification: B.E Metallurgy & Materials or Mechanical

Experience: 15 years (minimum)

Certifications:

• NACE Refining Corrosion Technologist
• NACE Internal Corrosion
• API-510, 570, 653, 571, 580

Job Description:

• Perform Fitness For Service (FFS) Assessment as per API-579-1, BS 7920 up to Level-2
• Perform Remaining Life Assessment (RLA) following API-510, API-570, API-653, NB NBIC 23
• Perform Quantitative & Qualitative Risk Based Inspection as per API-580 & 581
• Development Corrosion Management Plans (CMP)
• Perform Material Corrosion Audit (MCA) and Corrosion Risk Assessment (CRAS)
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
• Development Integrity Management Systems & Plans
• Development of Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs) Programs

Software Proficiency Requirements:

• Hands on Experience with:
• API-RBI Software and other Quantitative RBI Softwares
• Electronic Corrosion Engineer (ECE)
