The organization is currently seeking a Care Admin Specialist to support its clinical and admissions operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate patient data management, smooth information transfer between systems, and efficient administrative support across multiple care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and transfer patient data between Salesforce and medical record systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and documentation
• Enter, update, and validate patient data in electronic health record systems
• Provide administrative support to admissions and clinical teams
• Schedule appointments and coordinate internal communications
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
• Support workflow coordination across multiple departments
• Participate in training and development programs
• Assist with general administrative and scheduling tasks as needed
Requirements:
