An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Experiential Marketing Manager to lead premium brand activations and large-scale marketing experiences across the Middle East. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences that strengthen brand presence and engagement.
The successful candidate will oversee regional activations, collaborate with global teams and agency partners, and ensure the flawless execution of high-profile campaigns. Experience within motorsport, Formula 1 activations, luxury automotive brands, and hospitality-driven events will be highly advantageous.
This position offers the chance to work on world-class projects, manage influential stakeholder relationships, and bring innovative brand experiences to life for premium audiences across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and activations
• Manage regional brand experiences across Middle Eastern markets
• Coordinate with global teams, agencies, partners, and vendors
• Oversee sponsorship activations, hospitality programs, and special events
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and operational execution
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and brand consistency
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in experiential marketing, sponsorships, or event production
• Strong experience working within Middle Eastern markets
• Proven background managing premium and luxury brand activations
• Experience in Motorsport, Formula 1 activations, luxury automotive, or hospitality sectors
• Strong project management and budget control skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of:
