Hiring Tele Sales Team Leader (TL)

(Rental Agents – Senior/Supervisor)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Tele sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales techniques and performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
• Create and maintain sales reports and forecasts.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Proven experience in Tele sales or in Car Rental Business(Call Center preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
