Job Title: Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting targets and meeting goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth in luxury and off-plan properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Energetic, assertive, with a strong presence.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and globally to provide insights to the team.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including off-plan and luxury segments.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Language Requirements:

Arabic, French, Russian, and native English speakers (required).
