Orchid Hotel Al Barsha, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Al Barsha, Dubai, is inviting applications for Guest Service Agents to join its Front Office team. The hotel is situated close to Mall of the Emirates and offers easy access to major business, shopping, and leisure destinations.
The hotel is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and be available to join from 1 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain front office standards and deliver high-quality hospitality services.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a hotel or front office environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be physically available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview.
• Ready to join from 1 October 2026.
