Description:

A company in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to support its Human Resources department. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with solid UAE HR experience who can manage day-to-day HR administration while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

The successful candidate will assist with employee documentation, onboarding, recruitment support, payroll inputs, and coordination of visa and government-related processes. Applicants who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and respond to employee queries.

• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.

• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

• Coordinate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and other employee-related procedures.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee movement records.

• Assist with payroll inputs and prepare monthly HR reports.

• Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and joining formalities.

• Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with UAE labour requirements.

• Coordinate with employees, management, and PRO for government-related processes.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employee documentation.

• Familiarity with UAE labour laws and visa-related procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Well-organized with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
