Jobright.ai is seeking an Entry-Level Data Labeling Specialist to support the development and improvement of AI-powered job search products. The role involves reviewing and labeling text-based data, following annotation guidelines, and helping improve the accuracy and quality of datasets used by AI systems.
This remote opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working with structured data, reviewing AI-generated content, and providing accurate feedback. Key Responsibilities:
• Review, categorize, and annotate text-based and structured data.
• Apply detailed labeling guidelines consistently to maintain data accuracy.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for relevance, quality, and policy compliance.
• Identify unclear examples, edge cases, and recurring data quality issues.
• Document annotation decisions and provide feedback to improve guidelines.
• Participate in quality reviews and help resolve labeling inconsistencies.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets while working in a remote environment.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions.
